Sump Pump Failure At A Church

This church experienced a sump pump failure which was located in a storage closet, but also affected the surrounding areas: the multi-purpose room, hallway, and kitchen area. Most sump pump failures damage multiple rooms and not just the area the sump pump is located. The wet carpet in the multi-purpose room needed to be extracted first before the carpet can be removed. Once the carpet was removed, drying equipment was placed. Dehumidifiers and air movers are placed according to zones to ensure the affected areas dry out properly. Once the drying process is completed the carpet is able to be replaced.
