Fallen Tree

This hole was caused by a tree falling on the customer's roof during a storm. When it comes to these calls, we typically must inquire if A- electricity is available, and B- if they have contacted someone to repair the roof completely yet. We ask the second question to know whether or not we are coming out to just perform a quick tarp up job, or if they would also like us to perform the roof exterior repair, as well as the interior ceiling repair. Once they clarified what their requirements were, we sent a crew out and began tarping!
